the glen mona hotel was super comfy and cozy! our double room was really nicely decorated and spacious, with a clean bathroom. we loved having fresh milk in the fridge and tea/coffee with biscuits. the host was really nice and made us feel welcome. the location is great for exploring the island and it was really peaceful.
the only downside was that there wasn't any food served at the hotel, and i wish there was a cooked breakfast option.

The bed was a dream come true—literally the comfiest I've ever crashed out on! Plus, having a mini fridge was just grand. perfect for those packed lunches and cold drinks. The spacious suite made for a cosy retreat when the weather turned nasty, and with bus stops nearby, exploring was a breeze!
Though the lack of a cooked breakfast option was a bummer, and I could have done without the slightly dodgy window shutting, it didn't dampen my spirits! A towel sorted it right out, and I’m still buzzing to return.

Best sleep ever!
I had an amazing time here! The bed was super comfy, seriously the best I've ever slept in. Loved the spacious room, it felt like home, especially during the rainy days. The fridge was a lifesaver for my breakfasts and packed lunches. Just wish there was more variety in the dining options at the lounge area.

Quadruple rooms offer ample space for families, allowing everyone to settle in comfortably. The view from the hotel, especially in the morning light, is something you don’t want to miss—gives you a proper feel of the surrounding area.
A notable downside is the lack of dining options within the hotel, which can be a hassle in the winter months. Access to some rooms involves a bit of a trek, resembling a mini expedition rather than a quick jaunt. could be less inviting for those with mobility concerns. Cleanliness also left a bit to be desired, and it can get stuffy in the rooms for anyone with sensitivities.

Family with children should consider it
Man, the bed was like sleeping on clouds, I haven’t felt comfort like that before. And the mini fridge was a lifesaver, allowed me to keep our drinks cold and make packed lunches each day for my kid.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but honestly, it was worth it.
